HKCPEC was established in March 1990.
It advises the Secretary for Commerce and Economic
Development (SCED) on matters relating to the
participation of Hong Kong, China in the Pacific
Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) and to coordinate
Hong Kong, China's input to the Council.
