实习计划

实习报告

简介

太平洋经合议会定期举办实习计划，让各成员参加。计划的目的，是为实习生提供工作实习机会，让他们体验区域组织的多元文化环境，并且与富经验的专业人士互动，从中学习。

太平洋经合香港委员会自2009年起参与太平洋经合议会的实习计划。透过遴选程序，香港委员会提名香港的大学生于暑假期间到太平洋经合议会位于新加坡的国际秘书处担任实习生。获提名的学生须代表太平洋经合香港委员会以及中国香港，积极参与实习计划，并且展示他们对国际事务、经济和其他范畴的兴趣。

他们须参与各项的职责，包括研究、统计及数据分析、协助太平洋经合议会之工作项目及活动，以及其他行政工作。实习计划为香港学生提供宝贵机会，让他们能够直接参与一个区域组织的工作和管理。

"I was given the opportunities to attend numerous conferences and panel discussions on global economic issues, most notably the talks on "Free and Open Indo-Pacific", "Trade, Trump and the future of US-China Ties in Asia" and "Trade and Economic Connectivity in the Age of Uncertainty". These talks are mostly conducted by global academics and even government officials, which allows me to have a brand-new perspective in viewing the global economy, in particular the prospects of trade war from a South East Asian country's perspective."
